Cancellation/ prepayment:

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodation type. Please enter the dates of your stay and check the conditions of your required room.

Check-in & Check-out:

Guests can check in from 14:00 hrs on day of arrival and check out between 11:30 to 12:00

Pets Policy:

• All pets are charged at 200 AED per night. Payable on arrival and non-refundable.
• All accompanied pets must have a certified vaccination book.
• All pets must be kept on leash at all times including external areas.
• Pets are not allowed in any of the hotel outlets such as restaurants, café and bars.
• Pets are not allowed into private function room unless prior agreement from the Event Organizer.
• The hotel does not liable for any loss or damages or illness to pet.
• Hotels do not provide foods for the pet.
• Pets that are deemed nuisance with other guest shall be removed from the premises immediately.
• Do not leave your pet unattended or alone.
• The hotel staff will not give any cleaning or assistance or taking care after pets.
